Asian Salad Kit with Cubed Pork and Bacon, Steamed Egg Custard

Asian Salad Kit (on sale at Walmart) with pork tenderloin cubes and bacon pieces added. A side dish of egg custard, made with store-bought chicken broth. [There are wonton strips in the salad. I usually remove the carby bits in these salad kits, but I'm on maintenance so I have some flexibilty.]
