Cheese Sandwich, Low-carb Bread, Salad Kit

Low-carb bread sandwich and Asian Sesame Salad kit. The locally-produced bread has 7 total gms of carbs per slice. I'm pretty sure my lunch was over 20 grams of carbs with the sandwich fillings and salad fixings, so that's not good. I also feel the bread is far too close to the real thing. I made sure to have salad with it, so I would be too full to consider a second sandwich. I think this bread is a slippery slope for me. We'll see what happens to my weight over the next few days as I work my way through the rest of the loaf. Also, the wheat gluten and the high fiber in the bread affected my gut, but not as much as I thought they would. [Update: I threw away the remainder of the loaf; it called to me and that ain't good!]
