Spicy Southwestern Salad

Spicy Southwestern Salad Kit which was on sale. I ditched the corn chips and dried corn kernels that came with it and added peppers, baby tomatoes and sliced Costco sausage patties. A little bit of shredded cheese came with the kit and I also added that. I also used the dressing, which had canola oil (boo, hiss!), but there's not much point in buying a kit if you throw everything away! It was yummy!
