Romaine Lettuce Salad with Canned Mackerel

Romaine lettuce salad with cherry tomatoes, red onion, red pepper, chopped kimchee (rinsed to reduce spiciness) and two cans of mackerel (one plain, one smoked). I also added 1 T. of liquid from the can of plain mackerel. The salad mitigates some of the richness of the mackerel, the same thing that rice would do. This was so good! [I've done this with sardines in the past and that is very good, too.]
