Gluten-free Low-carb Bread Sandwich

Low carb bread, hard-boiled eggs, mayo, mustard, s&p; bacon; yellow pepper. Okay, this low-carb bread (2 slices=30 gms total carbs) was a bit dry and kind of pasty/sticky after chewing, but that might be due to the fact that it is gluten free. Virtually no taste. I should just toss the rest of the loaf in the garbage, but I think I have to extend the experiment a bit as it might be better toasted. I hope that's not just my excuse to keep eating it! [Update: I ended up throwing it away.]
