A Bit of This, a Bit of That

Curry soup with prawns and cauliflower rice; chicken meat bars with bagel seasoning; landjaeger sausage; dill pickle.
 
The chicken meat bars were quite dry. Possibly I over-cooked them (180 F) or this was very lean chicken. There was no indication of the fat percentage on the package. Also it did say to cook them to only 165 F.
 
I might go back to ground beef meat bars as they were delicious. Although, I have more ground chicken, so I might try again by coating them with ghee and not cooking them as long... or I might do something else with the ground chicken.
 
Having two dogs means that there are no culinary flops that go unloved! LOL
