In various low-carb groups, you will hear all kinds of excuses for NOT going low carb, and especially for cheating on low carb. Recognize any of these? Hmm? Do ya? Do ya?

  • I'm addicted to carbs (Aha, here's a real reason for finding low carb difficult! So, get help with your addiction!)
