Beef Burgers, Mashed Celeriac

Beef burgers (air fryer), mashed and buttered celeriac, baby tomatoes. A pretty simple meal; not fancy, but has lots of protein (1 lb. of beef), a bit of fat and some veggies. I could only eat three of the burgers, so might need to eat the last one in a couple of hours. Aiming for ~100 gm of protein.
