Chicken Gizzard Stew with Kimchee

The last of the chicken gizzard stew, topped with rinsed kimchee. It's a fairly small meal, so I also ate a small pork loin chop cold from the fridge while I was getting my meal ready. Might still need something as I usually eat quite a big meal... while still maintaining my weight. Ya gotta love low carb!
