Pork Loin Roast Centre Cut – Instant Pot (Recipe Link)

Amy and Jacky put a lot of work into testing Instant Pot recipes. Here is a link to their recipe for pork loin centre cut roast.
Note: Pork loin is NOT the same as pork tenderloin. Pork loin is a larger, wider, flat meat from the pig's back. It can be boneless or bone-in. It is lean, like tenderloin, but meatier.
And, guess what? Pork loin centre cut roast often goes on sale. I saved $8.97 by buying this pork loin centre cut roast on sale at Walmart. When I got home I just tossed it in the freezer. (These are Canadian prices, by the way.) Always check the discount meats section at your local supermarkets. Plan meals around cuts that are on sale or cuts that are already in your freezer. Sometimes we forget to shop our freezer, but that should always be your first choice unless you just walked into your supermarket and found five steaks in the discount bin. If that's the case, snap them up, run home and sear one for lunch! The rest can go in the freezer, but fresh steak is a great reward for shopping wisely.
Most cuts of meat will go on sale, so having a freezer available to throw them in can help keep your low-carb or carnivore budget low.
