Hot Dogs, Fried Eggs and Potato

Beef hot dogs, three fried eggs, a small potato, butter. I am on maintenance hence the occasional higher carbs (~46 total grams; hot dogs + potato).

Note: A cooked, cooled potato has resistant starch which feeds the friendly bacteria in your intestine and increases the production of short-chain fatty acids like butyrate. Butyrate feeds the cells of your colon and leads to various improvements in the function of your digestive system. You can re-heat the potato up to 140F without destroying the resistant starch.
