Steak and Baked Potato

Steak and a wee baked (microwaved) potato with butter. So yummy! Remember, I am on maintenance. How much simpler could this meal be? Skip the potato, I guess. LOL [I cooked my steak out on the patio with my new butane stove today. No lingering meat smell in the apartment for the first time ever!]
