Sardine Hussle – My Version

My version of a dish called Sardine Hussle (1 can brisling sardines, 4 hardboiled eggs, a small potato, parsley, green onions, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, s&p), served on lettuce with tomato wedges on the side. Also shown... my only Easter treat, a small 70% chocolate bar (weight 35g). Please remember that I am on maintenance.
