Beef Blade Steak, Spinach, Peppers

Beef blade steak (warmed in microwave), spinach with butter, baby peppers. Low-carb meals can always be simple, quick and easy... don't overthink it! I might need some more protein as I'm not sure there was enough in this meal. We'll see how it goes. [UPDATE: I needed to eat a few slices of bacon later in the day. Good news: Weight is 116.2 pounds today, still under my usual 117 pounds. It has been three weeks now. New normal?]
