Beef Finger Meat and Sausage Stew with Salad

Instant Pot meat stew (beef finger meat, some kind of sausage), Sweet Kale Salad Kit. I only buy salad kits when they're on sale. They use questionable seed oils in the dressings so I don't want to eat them very often. I used 1/2 the dressing for the whole salad and only ate half the salad for this meal.
