Beef Tongue Stir Fry with Onions, Mushrooms and Red Peppers (Recipe)

Stir fry! In 1 T ghee I sautéed a pint of mushrooms, 1/2 a sliced onion, 1/2 a small red pepper, 1 tsp garlic/ginger/chili paste, 1 tsp minced garlic and a little salt. Once the veggies were soft, but still with a little firmness, I added pre-cooked beef tongue (Instant Pot) sliced into strips. I stir fried the whole thing until the meat was heated through. Tongue is very tender when pressure cooked so it made a great addition to this meal. This was so delicious!
