Beef Tongue with Cauliflower Rice, Bacon, Poached Eggs, Spinach, Celery with Cream Cheese, Tomatoes

Poached eggs on spinach, bacon, cream cheese in celery, baby tomatoes, leftover minced beef tongue (Instant Pot) with cauliflower rice mix. Couldn't eat it all, but gave it a good try! LOL
