Got home from shopping around 1 PM and couldn’t be bothered cooking or making a salad, so just threw some pre-cooked meat (bacon, Bavarian sausages, mild Italian sausage) into the microwave and shelled a couple of soft-boiled eggs. Definitely a carnivore meal and probably would work for BBBE, too.
