Sausages, Broccoli and Baby Tomatoes
Anyone wondering whether my low-carb journey continues? Well, it does! Today I weighed in at 116.8 pounds and here is today’s meal: three English Banger Sausages from Save-on-Foods (there are two more that I can have for a snack, if necessary), left-over steamed broccoli with a pat of butter, baby tomatoes. Delicious, quick and easy.
