Beef Stew and Caesar Salad

Beef stew made with marinating steak, onion, carrot, rutabaga (Swede), turnip. I added 1/2 cup rice to this portion. Caesar salad on the side. Lots of flavour! I am on maintenance, hence the carbs. So far so good, weight-wise.
