Cauliflower and Sausage Meat Salad (Recipe Link)

Sausage and cauliflower rice salad! Yummy!

Yesterday, I sautéed homemade breakfast sausage meat (YouTuber Indigo Nili's recipe) with a package of Asian Cauliflower Rice. I drove out as much moisture as I could and put it in the fridge. Today I added cucumber, red onion and tomatoes, and dressed the salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
