Chicken, Burger, Sausage, Carrots, Potato

One crispy chicken thigh, one English banger sausage, one 4 oz. beef patty; 100 gm. carrots (weighed raw), 1/2 small potato, 1 tsp butter. This meal was delicious! Also a bit high in carbs (26.5 gm) because of the carrots, but I'm on maintenance and can handle a few extra carbs now and then. Nevertheless, I still often calculate the carbs in my food. I also weigh myself daily and record my weight and food in my journal every day. I want to be accountable!
