Chimichurri Sauce (Recipe)

A simple easy sauce that goes great on eggs, chicken (see photo), pork, steak and low-carb pasta, for a start!
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed fresh flat-leaf (Italian) parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 1 T Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
Combine ingredients in food processor or blender. Purée into a sauce. Pour over eggs or meat. Refrigerate leftover sauce.
