Delicious Canadian Canned Tuna

I have discovered the most delicious tuna! It's from a Canadian company called Rio Mare. It's packed in olive oil with a little sea salt added. My favourite is the Italian chili flavour. This tuna is much moister and softer than the canned tuna that I'm used to. I love the small (50g) cans; they are perfect to use in salad or on low-carb pasta (e.g., konjac/shiritaki noodles) without having leftovers. The photo above is an egg and Rio Mare tuna low-carb noodle dish... it was excellent!

Because tuna is such a large fish it does have more mercury than little fishies like sardines, so I don't eat it often. But it is mighty delicious and the Rio Mare tuna is the most delicious ever!
