Divine Sardines in a Can

Today I discovered some lovely flavoured sardines in Safeway on Broadway and MacDonald in Vancouver. They are Boneless Sardine Fillets - Smoked Jalapeno in Oil from Clover Leaf. Delicious just straight from the can! They would be great in a salad or made into a sauce to put on Konjac noodles... and perfect as a snack! Unfortunatley they are in sunflower oil, but I can live with that now and then.
