Ground Beef – Air Fryer Meat Bars

Meat bars: air-fried a pound of medium ground beef (23% fat). This is such a great way to cook ground beef. Just dump a tray of extruded beef in the air fryer and gently cut it into bars. Do not try to tidy up the shapes or anything, leave the meat loose. Air fry for about 12 minutes. Should be crusty on the outside. You can season it before or after cooking.
 
In the photo I had already eaten a couple of pieces before I realized I should take a picture.

Also had half a cup of high fat plain yogurt with 20 gm of fresh cranberries, 30 gm of chopped pecans and some English Toffee Stevia.
 
Total carbs for the meal: 14.8 gm.
