Instant Pot Beef Stew (Recipe Link)

Instant Pot beef stew with onions, celery and carrots. I'm on maintenance and experimenting occasionally with a few extra carbs, hence the carrots. This is a lovely stew!

You can leave out the carrots and use mushrooms or other low carb veggies instead.
