Keto Hash

Keto hash: Thawed out a container of beef finger meat and sausage "stew." Then I sauteed a package of frozen, seasoned cauliflower rice. When the rice was ready, I added the meat stew, mixed it all up and sauteed it for a few minutes to heat the meat, reduce the moisture and reach a hash-like consistency. Sprinkled some dried parsely on top. I could only eat about half this meal as it was quite rich.
