Lamb Burgers and Southern Greens

The photo is a bit blurry and my plate is a bit messy, but the taste was amazing! Pre-seasoned lamb burgers cooked in the air fryer. I added a spoonful of chimichurri sauce for some extra punch. Accompanied by Southern greens made with ham and bacon.

I bought the package of four lamb burgers at Walmart here in British Columbia, Canada. Each burger cost just under $4.00 CAD. Expensive, but well worth it for an occasional treat.
