I made Asian-flavoured pork meatballs in the air fryer. Amaaaazing! I also made an Asian Romaine lettuce salad with marinated tofu…. incredibly delicious! RECIPE HERE
Walmart had steak on sale again! There are four small “top sirloin cap steaks” on my plate, plus Romaine lettuce salad with Ranch dressing. So good!
Another steak and salad meal, with a few parsnip chips (I’m on maintenance). A great meal!
Steak, a few roasted parsnips seasoned with s&p, garlic powder and chili flakes, kale salad. YUMMY! Remember, I am on maintenance… hence the parsnips.
Leftovers! Kale salad kit, hamburger, hot dogs, fried chicken. I reheated all the meat together in the air fryer for a few minutes which worked great. The “breading” on the chicken stayed crispy!
Two homemade 6 oz. cheeseburgers (air-fried) and 1/3 of a big chopped salad kit (both on sale at Walmart). Also a Diet Pepsi (rare treat!).
