Air-fried pork belly bites and three eggs fried in butter. Not high in protein, but nicely fatty and filling.
Stewed beef, mashed parsnips, half a small potato with butter. It’s cold and snowing again, no thaw in view, no snow tires, so could be trapped inside for days! Decided on a little comfort food! Therefore this meal is a wee bit carby.
