Three English Banger Sausages from Save-on-Foods here in Vancouver, one medium potato with butter and salt, bagged coleslaw from Walmart with bottled dressing.
Air-fried four big honey-garlic sausages from Walmart. I ate them with a buttered medium potato. (Note: I only ate three of the sausages.)
Diced canned ham added to bagged coleslaw and bottled Coleslaw Dressing. Cheesy broccoli on the side.
Large steak (shown here cut into two pieces) and bagged coleslaw with homemade dressing (Ranch dressing, Balsamic vinegar, liquid stevia).
I warmed up some rotini noodles then added half a can of diced ham and two big handfuls of bagged coleslaw from Walmart. I dressed it only with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Very good!
I diced a baked potato and added it to a Crave frozen meal (Chorizo, Potato & Egg Scramble). I also scrambled three of my own eggs in butter. Delicious!
Two small cans of tuna and two hard-boiled egg mixed with penne pasta and mayonnaise. Bagged coleslaw with homemade dressing on the side. Another very quick and easy meal. To make it low carb, skip the pasta and mix the tuna and eggs with the coleslaw.
A quick and easy low-carb meal: canned luncheon meat (it has some starch in it, but is still low-carb), coleslaw with homemade dressing, and a delicious tomato from my friend’s garden. Keeping it simple!
Not a very colourful lunch, but who can argue with chicken and potatoes? A simple meal using the air fryer for the chicken and the microwave for the small potato. Also I added some butter to the potato.
Two cans Rio Mare tuna (50 gm protein in total), two cups rotini pasta, bagged coleslaw with homemade coleslaw dressing.
