One can condensed organic cream of chicken soup (~20 gms carbs, so divide into 2 servings, if you’re in weight-loss mode; I’m in maintenance), Kirkwood canned chicken with liquid, 1/4 cup coconut beverage, two boiled eggs, spinach, 1/2 tsp. aleppo chili flakes. Very good and really filling!
Konja noodle spaghetti! One pound ground beef, 1 pint mushrooms, 1 shallot, ~1 tsp. Italian seasoning, spinach, baby tomatoes, beef bouillon cube, a few tablespoons Rao’s marinara sauce, 1 pkg. Konjac noodles (1 serving size). Delicious!
