Another very hot day in Vancouver, so I just cooked some sausages in the air fryer and heated two mini quiches in the microwave. A quick and easy lunch with some refreshing raw veggies on the side.
Spicy pesto “pasta” – Rio Mare tuna with Italian chillies, medium-boiled egg, spinach, baby tomatoes, garlic/ginger/chili mixture, pesto, Konjac noodles. This was absolutely, totally, amazingly delicious!
Who says there’s no free lunch! My Bacon Brie Burger and Caesar Salad was comped today as the server made a mistake and brought me a chicken burger instead of the beef burger I ordered! Happy birthday to me!
