Leftover Sweet & Spicy Asian Salad and homemade seafood stew. Made with frozen seafood medley from Walmart, coconut milk, homemade chicken broth (reduced considerably to intensify flavour), peppers, onion, shallot, baby tomatoes, canned Asian vegetables, locally-made curry powder mix and Aleppo chili pepper flakes. The seafood stew turned out great! So yummy!

Big salad (Romaine lettuce, cucumber, peppers, red onion, mayo) topped with beef finger meat and daikon radish stew. Turns out leftover meat stew makes a great salad ingredient! LOL

Romaine lettuce “sandwiches” with deli meat, green onion, Havarti cheese, cucumber; baby tomatoes and peppers on the side. This was a different kind of meal for me. Loved it! More cheese than I usually eat, but a very nice treat.
