Ground beef/pork mixed with tomato/spinach pasta and Rao’s Marinara Sauce. Not low carb; very tasty. Weight is still doing fine even with the extra carbs (112.8 pounds this morning; down a bit again).
Instant Pot beef stew with onions, potatoes and carrots. Not a low carb meal, but, after adding a few carbs over the last few weeks, my weight has dropped from 117 down to 113 pounds, so no worries there!
Cooked a pound of ground beef/pork in the air fryer… quick and easy. Warmed up leftover tomato pasta and mixed half the meat with the pasta. Not low carb, but still eating only one meal a day… and weight is excellent (113.4 lbs this morning).
Crave Frozen Meal (Chorizo, Potato, Egg). I added three scrambled eggs and three slices of bacon.
Canned corned beef crisped in the air fryer, served with leftover tomato and spinach pasta. Very filling meal! (Experiemnting with pasta has not upset my weight at all.
