A fry-up with leftover cabbage, onions, mild Italian sausage, and mashed rutabaga (Swede), with cheddar cheese melted on top. The next day I made another fry-up as follows: corned beef, leftover cabbage, onions and rutabaga (Swede), with cheddar cheese melted on top, seasoned with onion and garlic powder.
Three large eggs scrambled in butter with minced green onions and kippers, steamed asparagus, mini red peppers. Simple, quick, easy! Don’t make low carb hard… just eat real food.

Cold cuts, leftover roast chicken leg, antipasto, olives, peppers, celery stuffed with goat cheese. Sometimes you just need to clean out the fridge! LOL
Mild Italian sausages, sautéed cabbage “noodles,” heirloom tomatoes. Simple and very tasty!
