Pickle Soup and Shredded Chicken (Recipe Link)

My version of pickle soup! Wow, so good! Five cups chicken stock (homemade), 1 pkg. med-firm tofu (cubed), small cauliflower (1/2 riced, 1/2 roughly chopped), 3 lge stalks celery (diced), 1/2 onion (diced), 1 clove garlic (minced), bay leaf, 1 T ghee, diced dill pickles (I used 262 gms), 1/2 c. pickle juice, 2 egg yolks, cayenne pepper (pinch), 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp white pepper, a few drops hot sauce, a sprinkle of chili flakes and parsley as garnish.
