Romaine Lettuce Salad with Egg, Bacon, Smoked Mackerel

After shopping at the mall, I came home and made myself one of my famous Romaine lettuce salads! This one is an egg and bacon salad with salsa mayo, topped with canned smoked, peppered mackerel. I had never seen smoked mackerel in shops here before, but I found them in Walmart today! They were yummy!
