Seafood Pasta with Konjac Noodles and Eggplant

Seafood pasta with eggs. I used NuPasta Konjak spaghetti, a can of Brisling sardines, a can of Rio Mare Salmon Fillet, diced shallot, two diced Indian eggplants, garlic/chili paste, salt. I topped it with two fried eggs for some extra protein. Super flavourful and filling.
