Sirloin Cap Steak and Roasted Veggies

Seared a couple of sirloin cap steaks in my cast iron frying pan and heated up some leftover roasted veggies.

For those who are interested, the raw weight of the steaks was ~400g. That's about 100g of protein which is close to my daily protein requirements according to Maria Emmerich's calculator. https://mariamindbodyhealth.com/calculator/ Sirloin cap is lower in fat than ribeye, so I might need to top up my fat to feel satiated. These steaks only had about 28g of fat according to the online nutrition values. That's fine for losing weight, but quite low for maintenance.
