Pork Chop, Chicken and Bacon

Couldn't be bothered with veggies today, so I warmed up the jerk-seasoned chicken breast left over from yesterday. I added a bit of twisted bacon and a jerk-seasoned pork chop that I cooked in the air fryer. (Pork chops were on sale at Walmart today.) A protein-heavy meal, which I always love, as protein is the macro nutrient responsible for healing and building. My only regret is that there's no ribeye on my plate! LOL
