Steak for Hallowe’en Lunch

Got home about 1:30 PM from shopping, so I just tossed a steak into a super-hot cast iron frying pan for a quick lunch. Salt, white pepper, garlic powder. No fat in the pan. Two minutes on each side. So good! Also cooked some meat bars in the air fryer. Ate a couple of those, too, but forgot to photograph them.
