Tabbouleh Salad with Hemp Hearts (Recipe Link)

This tabbouleh (tabouli) salad is made with hemp hearts instead of bulgur wheat, so it's pretty low in carbs and also grain free. Note: I added a little Balsamic vinegar to the original recipe. The original recipe is here.
Variations: Add chicken (in the salad or on the side), feta cheese, goat cheese crumbles, avocado or olives.
