Instant Pot Turkey and Wild Rice Soup (Not Low Carb)

This Instant Pot turkey and wild rice soup is very good. However, the wild rice takes very centre stage and it's not a taste I'm overly fond of. I guess I thought that the wild rice would take a back stage to the other ingredients in the recipe. Therefore, in the future, I think I would make this soup without the wild rice or maybe with half the wild rice. If I left out the wild rice, I would increase the amount of turkey and/or veggies, or I might substitute long-grain brown rice. Bottom line, I think this would be more delicious without the wild rice, but it is still quite good... and it makes a ton of soup! And, if you love wild rice, you will no doubt love this soup!

[UPDATES: After this soup sat for a couple of days in the fridge, the wild rice flavour retreated into the background and I really started to enjoy this soup! Also, my weight is still very stable even with the uptick in carbs the last few months; today I weigh 113 pounds.]

My version was based on this recipe by Indigo Nili: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3b-itGSpIAE
