Turkey Soup

Turkey soup: ground turkey, ghee, celery, onion, cabbage, red peppers, chicken broth, bouillon cube, chili peppers, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. I topped it with sour cream because I'm on maintenance and the extra-lean ground turkey needed some fat to get me through the next 24 hours.
Note: leave the turkey in chunky pieces. Very lean ground meat can be almost gritty if you break it up finely. Chunky makes the soup seem very hearty and has a nice mouth-feel.
