What the Heck is Beef Finger Meat? (Recipe Link)

"Finger meat consists of finger-like strips of beef that come from between the individual ribs in the rib primal. Finger meat offers nice rib flavor but has a somewhat tough texture. Tenderizing, marinating and choosing the right cook method will help make these rib-strips quite satisfying." https://sterlingsilvermeats.com/our-cuts/rib/finger-meat/

If you have a pressure cooker, like an Instant Pot, you can make delicious, tender finger meat. It will melt in your mouth and is wonderfully fatty. So good!

Can't find finger meat in your grocery store? Try your local Asian supermarket. Here in Vanocuver T&T Supermarket and Costco both carry beef finger meat regularly.
